About me.
My name is Luis, and I am a wedding photographer based in Mexico. I started to do photography when I was 20 years old, but it wasn’t until later, in 2008, when a friend asked me to capture one of the most special days in a person’s life: His Wedding. So that day was when I found a new passion. Wedding photography was a new LOVE and I realised that I needed to polish my skills through courses, workshops, books and groups.
I’ve been meeting the most amazing couples since then, always looking to create unique imagery. Also, I enjoy to be able to get through the lens special personal moments and images filled with passion. I don’t believe in methods, I just let things happen and let people be themselves, always ready to capture those magical instances. Those magical moments allow me to tell the most beautiful love stories, so that’s what we called “photo journalism”. It is important to me that couples feel comfortable and confident with their session, so I must confess that I intervene in many situations to break the ice by allowing “things to happen” in a more natural way.
If you would like to know a bit about my personal life, then I’ll ll tell you that I’m married to an awesome woman who is always next to me supporting all crazy decisions I take. Together we have a beautiful little girl, whom has become the engine that rocks my entire life.
I am based in Guadalajara, Mexico, and enjoy traveling everywhere doing what I do best…
